Information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
• Real Name • User Name • Email Address • Activity Logs (Your IP & Browsing behaviour)
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- You create an account with us and provide the information.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
- From you using and interacting with the website (Browsing, searching, etc.)
We use the information that you have given us in order to protect the sites operation. We may also use this information in a way that allows us to understand where to prioritise our efforts by determining most viewed and searched for pages. If you have an account with us, we will store your email address to provide you with services such as password resetting and our member emailing service.
Your above information may be shared to extensions and external tools used by us (and therefore, third parties where those extensions and external tools rely on the online services of those extensions and externals tools).
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Your information is stored on our server using competent, up to date security practices.
We do not currently have a log rotation policy in place, so logs may be stored indefinitely.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
