Brainfog is a symptom of another condition, and so the symptoms you see here purely relate to brainfog and are the symptoms commonly reported of it. You will have symptoms not listed here. This list is designed to help you understand and categorise your symptoms, and help those unsure if they have brainfog, determine if they do.

Symptoms

Concentration Problems

You may struggle to focus no matter how important it is or how dedicated you try to make yourself to it.

Memory Problems

Your short term and/or long term memory might be completely fragmented (Like memories are shards of glass) or completely non existant. You quickly forget what someone has just said to you or can only remember fragments you can't quite put together.

Comprehension Problems

You may find it difficult to understand what someone is saying or what you are reading, despite understanding the meaning of the text or speech, and as a result may need to constantly re-read or have the information broken down or repeated. Even still you may still struggle to understand or need extra time.

Thinking Problems

You may have problems thinking clearly, as if your thoughts are getting lost in clouds during transit.
