It is important to realise that brainfog is a symptom of another condition, and so the symptoms you see here purely relate to brainfog. You will definitely have more symptoms than this. This list is designed to help you understand and categorise your symptoms, and help those unsure if they have brainfog, determine if they do.
You don't have to have every symptom on this list to have brainfog, and you do not have to have a certain severity of each symptom either.
